What Does The Installation Involve?

A boiler installation often takes an average of 2 to 3 days depending on your current boiler and the type that you’re replacing it with. As standard, our boiler installations include a thermostat, allowing you to control the heat from your chosen place, rather than from the boiler. However, we do quote for your requirements on an individual basis and can include smart central heating controls or items that are part of the heating system, such as radiators.

The process always begins with a free consultation to ensure that your chosen boiler is suitable for your property. When choosing your boiler type, you should speak with a member of our team or relevant boiler manufacturer (our preferred being Worcester Bosch) about whether a gas, oil or LPG boiler is best suited to your needs. Gas and LPG boilers have stricter regulations and as a consequence, they take slightly longer to install. However, gas boilers are often cheaper to install and run.

Since April 1st 2007, if your boiler needs to be replaced, the Building Regulations require that this will now need to be a condensing boiler.  On completion of the installation, you will be sent a compliance certificate. Boiler Installation Warranties

As accredited installers of Worcester Bosch boilers, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers a 7-year warranty with all new Worcester Bosch boilers that we install. In order to validate and maintain this warranty, the boiler must be regularly serviced.
