This is our second year using Surab for a boiler service and would highly recommend them. We had issues throughout the year too which they sorted out for us speedily & competently.

Called for a new boiler quote for my mother. Appointment made, quote given, the boiler installed all very quickly. Graham went through everything that would be done on the day with my elderly mother. All engineers are really nice. Cleared up beautifully. Used Surab for 30 years over 3 houses, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Their service engineer arrived on time and completed the work efficiently The Surab office communicated changes to the appointment details due to the cold weather requiring emergency attendance to other customers and as we were only an annual service we were happy to change dates.

“From asking Alan working next door but one, passing my details to Jenny and Alan’s thoughts when he subsequently did the initial survey which resulted in additional work was most helpful I was impressed with the appointments system operated by Jenny particularly knowing who was coming. It was a pleasure to have Daniel, James and Chris on site, they all did their work in a tidy and efficient manner and I received sound advice as to the replacement of a control unit and the pump. The only glitch due to tiredness and power flushing 20 units is boring/tiring, was the failure to replace a stay in the airing cupboard.”
