Meet the Team

Surab Limited has an interesting history. I took over the company in 1995 after working here for eight years on the tools. The name Surab comes from the previous owner’s initials, RAB, combined with his wife’s name, Sue — a question I’m asked often, so it’s helpful to explain.

Surab Limited is an SME plumbing and heating company built on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with a strong team who have helped drive the company forward and maintain the standards our customers rely on.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, entertaining, and walking my two dogs.

I’ve been part of Surab Limited for almost ten years, supporting Graham and the team in keeping the business running smoothly delivering the high standards our customers expect. As Office Coordinator, I look after customer communication, scheduling, and daytoday operations to make sure every job every job runs smoothly from first enquiry to completion.

I’m proud to be part of the strong team Graham talks about — working closely with our engineers to maintain the standards our customers rely on.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog and spending time with friends and family.

I’ve worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 16 years, building a strong foundation in gas work and broad experience across domestic and commercial systems. I’m Gas Safe qualified, and since joining Surab five years ago, I’ve added both OFTEC and FGas qualifications to my skill set. I also bring the knowledge gained from running my own business and additional time working in the field.

I’m very customerfocused and genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and making each job as smooth and hasslefree as possible. I take pride in delivering clear communication, reliable workmanship, and the best outcome for every customer.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf when the opportunity allows and watching football.

I’ve worked in the plumbing and heating trade since leaving school, completing a fiveyear apprenticeship and achieving my Level 3 NVQ before going on to become Gas Safe registered. Over the past 20 years, I’ve gained experience across many areas of the industry. I joined Surab in 2024 and have since added OFTEC qualification to my skill set.

I’m committed to delivering quality work and supporting customers with clear, practical advice.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and, when I can, watching Arsenal.

I joined Surab in April 2023 to begin my plumbing apprenticeship after completing my Alevels. I always strive to do my best, making sure customers are fully satisfied and feel confident in the work being carried out. Providing a positive experience is really important to me.

I’ve now completed my NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and am starting my journey towards becoming a Gas Safe registered engineer. I’m keen to continue building my knowledge, skills, and qualifications so I can offer customers the highest standard of service throughout my career.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football and socialising with friends and family.

I’ve worked in the plumbing and bathroom fitting trade for many years, gaining extensive experience across all aspects of installation and refurbishment. I take pride in delivering highquality workmanship, clear communication, and a tidy, reliable service that customers can feel confident in.

As part of the strong team at Surab, I focus on creating wellfinished, practical spaces that customers are genuinely happy with — it’s a part of the job I really enjoy.
