Every Surab LPG boiler service is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers qualified to work on LPG appliances, ensuring your boiler is maintained to the correct safety and regulatory standards for off grid properties.
A typical LPG service includes inspection of key components and safety devices, cleaning of critical internal parts such as the burner and heat exchanger, checks of seals and connections, flue and ventilation checks, combustion analysis and emissions testing where applicable, performance testing, plus leak and corrosion checks. You will receive a clear service checklist once the work is complete.

- Full system diagnostics beyond the boiler and accessible plumbing

These consumable safety components are essential for combustion efficiency and breakdown prevention. Please note: These items are not included in the base contract price and are charged separately during servicing.

Our standard oil boiler service starts from £135.00 (excluding VAT and any parts if required), and we typically allow around 1.5 hours to complete the work. For older boilers, or those in sub standard condition that may require additional time, any extra labour is charged per hour (ex VAT), calculated in 15 minute increments so you only pay for the time required.
