Oil Boiler breakdowns

Our engineers are OFTEC registered and are trained to fault find on a wide range of boilers. They carry a wide range of spare parts to enable them to carry out the repair whilst at your property. We can carry out thorough oil boiler repair so that it functions safely and efficiently again.

Maintenance Contracts

We can offer a maintenance contract, which entitles you to 2 services, 1 main and 1 interim (as recommended by OFTEC). Also included in the contract are 2 free during office hours call outs. We will not charge you for the first half an hour that the engineer is at your property.

The Benefits of having a maintenance contract are:

• We will contact you each time that the boiler is due for a service
• If the boiler breaks down we will give you priority and respond as soon as possible
• You can use your call outs for any heating or plumbing related problems

Oil Boiler Replacement

If your boiler is in need of replacement, we will come out to your property free of charge and discuss the most efficient options to upgrade your boiler/heating system, and then provide you with a no obligation estimate. Since April 1st 2007, the Building Regulations require that a Condensing boiler must be fitted. An exemption can only be made once the OFTEC installer has visited the property and looked at all the options.
