We chose Surab and are so pleased that we did. They explained everything before the work started, and, unlike smaller companies, they have the manpower to send in two engineers. This reduces the time for the work to be completed by half. They agreed to start the work on a day I could be at home, and arrived on the dot of 8.15 a.m. just as we had arranged.

On subsequent days when I had to go to work, they offered to arrive early so that I could let them in and leave them, feeling confident that the work was in hand.
